Food is good I had a issue with door dasher who arrived over an hour of my order I spoke with a gentleman who's name is Antonio and he stepped up and showed extreme concern and gave me credit for next purchase witch I called after 2-3 weeks and fully honored he stayed with me the entire time to resolve my past and followed up with me the next day until he made things right just got my reorder and everything looks and taste's great definitely will be a customer a special thanks to Antonio for making everything great
I must have not been to a Pizza Hut in a decade! I found a good coupon and that's what brought me back here. Glad to be back as the pizza was great. I had mine custom made through the website with half bacon, half pepperoni. I chose the pickup option and it was ready in the estimated time frame (20 minutes). Keep in mind this location is only for pickup or delivery. There is also parking lot with plenty of parking spaces!
I ordered the "Detroit Style" The crust was pretty thick with a moist, fluffy interior and a decently thick, but airy, crispy golden exterior surface. This outer crust is similar to Pizza Hut's pan pizza in terms of airy texture but it less oily. There was a good amount of crispy, burnt cheese at the edges. There was a good amount of mozzarella on top and it was nicely melted enough for a decent cheese pull when hot. Like most pizza chain mozzarella, it was creamy but otherwise didn't contribute much in the flavor department. As per previous comments, this particular location has had its challenges with consistency in the past. Recently however, the service and food has been very good. Definitely provide credit where it's due, keep it up!
